The Origins
In March 2026, Google announced a fund to help professionals across Europe prepare for AI in the workplace.
The Northern European Upskilling Initiative (neui), and this learning program, were formed as a direct result of that fund. Together, we will help 13,000 learners across Northern Europe gain essential skills in AI.

The Program
The program consists of four key phases. It's been designed to take learners from being AI beginners to Certified AI Professionals. It will be your job to help them progress with confidence.
