The Role of a Coach
To become a coach, you will first go through the learner journey. This includes completing the Coursera course as well as the specialised workshops.
Not only will this equip you with useful AI skills but you'll develop a greater understanding of what your learners will experience.
Once certified as a coach, you will then be ready to lead your first cohort. The exact duration and structure of the program will vary depending on your partner organisation but they will each involve the same core elements.

Supporting Learners
How you support learners will vary depending on your partner organisation but we recommend that you make it easy for them to reach out. Slack, email and regular town halls work well.
We also strongly recommend that you proactively reach out to learners that seem to be struggling. You can find out how to do this in the Coursera Logstic Walkthrough videos.

Coaching Certificates
As a coach, not only will you receive certificates for passing the Coursera course and the specialised workshops, but you'll also be eligible to receive two coaching certificates. You can reach out to your partner organisation to find out more.
